Keep in mind when you sign up to receive a free sample, usually the site is exchanging the free sample with your personal information. And of course, hoping you'll buy more of the product. Just be sure and read the terms and conditions so that you understand to what you are agreeing.
It is a good idea to set up a special email to use when signing up to receive your free samples. Most sites don't share your name with other companies, but will send you an email on a regular basis. Some daily, most weekly, others may only send a monthly email.
